ECMAPLAST 107
ECMAPLAST 107 is a liquid admixture for concrete block industry to enhance properties of mixes along with benefits such as cement savings etc.
Function
ECMAPLAST 107 provides increased strength at the same cement content. It allows cement reductions without loss of strength. Reduces breakages at edges as it results in higher wet strengths. Allows improved production in a given period of time by reducing “life time”. Can be used with all kinds of OPC, PPC etc.
Dosage
Normal dosage range is 100 ml to 200 ml/50 Kg bag of cement where as site trials have to be done to suit locally available ingredients.
For best results, ECMAPLAST 107 has to be added in a diluted form (diluted in about 5% to 10% of the total gauging water) to the wet concrete mixes made with remaining water.
